Understanding CRV Recycling
CRV stands for California Refund Value. This is the fee paid to consumers when they recycle appropriately labeled beverage containers at certified recycling centers, like OC Recycling.

In California, you can recycle cans and bottles labeled with the universal recycle symbol. Appropriate bottles also include the words CA CASH REFUND, CA CRV, California Redemption Value, and other related labels.
